Sheds - Custom Built - All Wooden - All Sizes and Types | Hello,
I am a custom builder specializing in sheds sizes 8x8 through 16x40 and all sizes in between. Some of my customers include city managers , the top command of the sheriffs office and local F.B.I. and many other respectable business owners, etc.. Have many references ! Everything on my sheds is customizable from window and door locations to roof pitch, size, shingle color, metal roof, lofts, workbenches, styles, etc.. I have never had a dissatisfied customer and pride myself in offering the lowest possible price for the highest quality building.
My standard model is built with 16" on center spacing on the floor joists and walls , 5\8" T1-11 siding ( the best wooden siding available at $30 per sheet ) , custom cut 2x6 roof rafters connected to a double 2x8 center beam, 3\4" pressure treated plywood flooring reinforced with blocking in between each 2x6 PT joist at 16" OC, 2 4x4 skids ( on 24ft. sheds and below ) , any color architectural shingles or metal roof, 5-6 ft. wide wooden double door, hurricane clips, double plated side walls , etc.. I can also install roll up doors, etc.. These sheds can also be customized for garages, living quarters , etc..
Everything is built beyond code and permitting is available with 3 sets of signed and sealed engineering drawings. Delivery is available to all of central Florida.
Some basic pricing which includes 1 window , 1 double door and any color shingle is :
10x12 - $2000, 10x16 - $2400, 12x16 - $2600 , 12x20 - $3000 , 12x24 - $3400
